Heart to Heart

Hello World :) 

Today is a good day to make a turn around. In life, we wait for a certain thing to happen before we a can make a change. Eventful change is a good name to call it. Waiting for an event to occur that you believe will cause a ripple effect and lead to the rest of the parts of your life to follow through. I've waited forever for that to happen. Most times we wait for the new year, which is definitely a perfect way to do it but is it really? Are you going to keep letting yourself go through what you're going through until the first? Really bold you are. Change starts in the heart, decide in your heart and that will in turn convince your mind to follow. I'm no psychologist but i believe that's how it works, at least for me anyways. You can decide to make a change right now, but it keep in mind, it might be a difficult process but isn't everything?

Okay, so yesterday i had a heart to heart with a close friend and it opened my mind to the realization that, i am not alone and neither are you. Recently, i had been having these crazy thoughts and for some reason, i couldn't find the courage to share them with anyone because i figured they might look at me and go like " Whhatttttt?" So i decided to keep my thoughts to myself. Then yesterday, my friend came up to me and we just started talking about our current fears, hopes, and just generally everything that is going on in our lives and that's when it hit me, i'm not alone. For a while, it seemed like everyone had it all together and their lives were just peachy but when my friend and i sat down, i realised we had the same mixed emotions. It is true what they, "a problem shared, is a problem half solved." 

You maybe feeling a little lost right now and nothing maybe going right at all in your life but i want you to know, you're not alone. No matter how redundant this may sound, its really true. You have to make the first step and talk to someone about what you're going through, keeping the thoughts to yourself is no good way to live, trust me. Like me, the person you decide to share your thoughts to, might be going through or thinking the exact same things you are. Its very relieving to know that you're not the only person who thinks they're going insane or drained by life. You'll feel a lot better afterwards. Don't ignore the feelings and thoughts and tell yourself they'll go away, they won't. You're just saving them for a later date. Try it out, share  your thoughts and feelings, it is definitely relieving. (rhymed lol)
